PARK RIDGE, N.J. -- The Hertz Corp. has acquired the operations of one of its biggest licensees, John Nottoli Inc.

Based in Bloomington, Ill., the Nottoli family operated rental locations in Bloomington, Springfield and Champaign/Urbana in Illinois; Madison and LaCrosse in Wisconsin; and Lincoln, Neb. The family has been a part of the Hertz licensee network since 1969.

"All of the locations served by the Nottoli franchise have been critical components of our national car rental network, and we extend our appreciation to the Notollis for their fine service to Hertz customers for over 35 years," said Joseph R. Nothwang, Hertz's executive vice president and president of vehicle rental and leasing for the Americas and Pacific.
